NYEC Foundation School started in August 2005
with 106 F1 trainees.

in August 2006 this
increased to 126 F1 trainees together with 121 F2
trainees, many of whom were appointed as F1 doctors in
August 2005.

an
additional 37 F1 programmes were added in August 2007
with a proportionate increase in F2 numbers.
-
this expansion will continue again in August 2008, when
we look forward to welcoming the first Hull York Medical
School (HYMS) graduates into F1!

| The European School of Ophthalmology & Visual Science is in the process of preparing a unique course for doctors rotating through ophthalmology as part of their F2 programme, and we are currently assessing the demand for such a course.
